Thanks for your thoughtful note, Chase. Once someone begins to use violence to achieve his or her highest potential, then self-defense becomes a trumping virtue. I think I noted that I believe in the ultimate pursuit of self-potential, barring that it forcibly limits another’s. Best, Mitch
