In a way it has, yes; and that holds promise for the individual artist/speaker, etc. (That’s why I’m doing more on Medium, for example.) But the whole online branding/products paradigm is kind of a drag to me. The old timers had good ideas but no brand or “platform,” and I love them for it. But, yes, the terrain is shifting.
