I completely agree. Not to wave my flag, but this is the theme of a book I have coming out in October called The Miracle Club (Inner Traditions). I focus, among others, on Wattles, Marcus Garvey, and various heroes of mine who combined social action and mysticism. And it’s very hands-on.
